Dogs and running.

The big boy, Matt Lauer, went for a 3 mile run with me today, so he's happy and exhausted. Little girl, Prudence, stayed home, so she's jealous and treating me like her own personal electrolyte popsicle.

Dogs. So funny sometimes.
