The Vibrams (toe shoes) are my favorites for trail runs in warm weather. When it's cold, I wear the blue Merrell lithe gloves. Then the bright pink Newtons are my go-to distance shoes.

Minimus road- the ones with a 4mm drop instead of 0mm, since the 0 ones I could awkwardly feel the sole patterning, which is never a good thing.
